Naba Hikma for Industrial and Testing services, was established, in 2015, with partial funding from the generous grant of 75,000.00 Euro from the European Union to Reinforce and Expand the modernization of the services sector in Jordan (JSMP II) which was administered by Jordan Enterprise Development Cooperation (JEDCO) , under project number JEDCO/JSMPII/GS/399-2015/JO , made it possible to bring this highly specialized facility to existence and operation to help the Jordanian people and Economy in gaining better standards of Living.

Dr. Mohammad Hussein Kailani

The company was established by Dr. Mohammad Hussein Kailani, who has 10 years education in the best academic institutions in the United States of America (PhD and MSc from the University of Connecticut, Institute of Materials Science, Storrs CT, and BSc from State University of New York (SUNY and Fredonia). He worked for 10 years in the Mechanical Design and Technology Centre, on of seven technical centres at the Royal Scientific Society of Jordan working in the Plastics and Rubber Laboratory and in developing the Quality system in the laboratories to gain ISO17025 accreditation for different laboratories from International bodies (United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), German Deutsches Akkreditierungssystem Prüfwesen (DAP) and Jordanian Accreditation System (JAS). He was trained on various aspects of quality assurance and accreditation by international experts (German, UK, USA) and local experts, in addition to extensive knowledge and training in Intellectual Property (IP) protection training, from international experts from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in fields of pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry and mechanical industry and tissue engineering, among others.
